Payments
in full are required at time of booking or by deposit of
1\3 of tour cost per person to be paid 7 days prior to departures.
The remainder to paid in full on, or before departure date.

Business
hours are from 0800 to 1700 Mon till Sat
Cancellations
after 7 days prior to departure will result in loss of deposit.
Unpaid seat will then be offered to a stand-by client.
Amendment
fee of $25 will apply to any modification after the original
booking has been confirmed.
A minimum amount of passengers (6) is required to viably
operate our tours. We reserve the right to cancel tours
where the minimum viable number has not been met.
Where this occurs, deposits in full will be returned to
the client, or client can reschedule tour for a later date
(within 1 year).
Bookings are transferable.
The
responsibilities of John Boyle O'Reilly Tours is limited
to the safe carriage and luggage of our clients.
Where
services and activities are included by other suppliers
as part of tours, John Boyle O'Reilly Tours shall not be
held responsible or libel for any deaths, accident, injury,
delay or failure of other supplier to provide a service.
John
Boyle O'Reilly Tours recommends that clients take out a
travel insurance policy to cover against illness, cancellation
fees, loss or damage to personal items and baggage.
No
responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage to luggage
or clients personal items whilst on tour.
